   Inkjet PVC Sheet´s one side is for inkjet printing, and the other side can print screen or offset printable. Widely used
for all kinds of personalized cards. single side printing. 

Inkjet PVC Sheet is suitable for Epson, Hewlett Packard, Canon, and other water-based inks or dye-based inkjet printers. 
 
This type of card is characterized by remarkable clarity, water resistant, color saturation, fast drying and ideal for thermal lamination.


 PVC Sheet is a flat UV stabilized PVC sheet, which is easily formed and fabricated and is ideal for a wide variety
of applications.  PVC Sheet makes an excellent printing substrate for the advertising and signage industries and
is suitable for digital or traditional printing.

Card making processing:
 
1:Put the printed sandwich layer aline with adhesive films and then put into the laminate machine.(please note adhesive side inside).  
2:Laminated time usually is 10-15 minute,pressure is 6-8MPa,temperature 120-140.      
3:Put the laminated sheet out then cutting and punch card
 
Please Note:laminate temperature, pressure need to according to the actual situation, Under the premise of without damage the high the better.

Yes, If samples we have in stock would be provided for testing, but shipment should at your side.

5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
