As with Android devices, you need an app to create WhatsApp stickers on iPhone. Searching the iOS App Store will bring up many options, but Top Stickers is my preferred app. Like Sticker.ly, you will find a selection of sticker collections here, but making your own stickers is just as easy.
Recently, WhatsApp added support for creating stickers for Beta channel users. In the past few weeks, this option is now available to more users, making your own WhatsApp stickers is as easy as clicking on the sticker tag in a chat and clicking the create button. You can then upload the image and edit it, such as adding emoji or text. Click Send to create and share stickers.

Is there an official app to make WhatsApp stickers on iOS or Android?
Not yet. However, WhatsApp seems to be developing its own application to share stickers. We will update this article when this feature is launched.
